ERROR CODE WHEN LOGGING INTO CLOUD GAMING

Hi

I’m currently operating cloud gaming on a IPhone 13 and using back bone controls.

Everything was working fine until this morning.

When I tried to sign in using the Home Screen link from http://xbox.com/play

It directs me to a Microsoft page saying the page is no longer available or the URL is incorrect. This then failing the logging in process to cloud gaming. I’ve logged into my Microsoft account directly with no issues.

I have deleted X Box apps and reinstalled them.

I have also tried logging into cloud gaming on my other I phone and I pad and I get the same result. I’m paying a game pass subscription and payments are up to date. Everything worked perfectly until this morning 26/10/2022.

I have also tried requesting a call back from the x.box support but that faIls every time I put my uk mobile phone number in. Displays a message there’s a issue with your request.

Please can I have some assistance to resolve the issue.

Just a friendly reminder though that there are multiple reports in regard to the same concern. In this case, it would be best to report the issue in that way the engineering team can look into it and deploy an immediate fix.

The Xbox One automatically saves games to the cloud while you are connected to the internet. Game progress will be saved in the cloud storage of the account currently logged in.

It should work as long as cloud saving is enabled.

Any console with his account present and logged into will have access to his save files, long as cloud saving was enabled.

It'll download over the files when you launch the game, if I recall right always checks the cloud for saves when lauching it each session aswell.

Keeping it short, enable cloud saving and all should be fine.

I'm having the exact same issue. You can only use the Safari web app for cloud gaming - when you go to xbox cloud on Safari, it asks you to install the web app on home screen before you can log in and play. When it finally loads, it comes up with a white screen and an error code. On the odd ocassion the app loads, it goes to the white screen with error code when trying to log in. Pretty frustrating as I don't have a console or PC and pay for Ultimate purely for the cloud gaming aspect. I've tried all the fixes you suggested, and I can't even play directly through the browser as you have to install the web app shortcut before it even lets you log in.
