Error code when downloading forza horizon 5 on pc

no, it only happens with forza horizon 5 and i don't get any error code, it just cancels the download by itself

• I do have the latest Windows Updates.
  
• There are no error codes that come up, the progress bar just flicks on and off.
  
• I am able to download other games, it is just the Forza Horizon 5. I can even download Forza Horizon 4 with no trouble.

Try this:

Log out of your account on the app, reinstall it, restart your PC, and then log back in and try again.

If this doesn't work:

First, make sure your windows and all its services are up to date:

Open Settings, click Update and Security and then Windows Update;

Click Check for Updates;

Click the Download and Install Now option, if available;

Also, check the Microsoft Store for any updates on the Xbox apps and its services.

Then try this:

Go to windows settings > apps > search for gaming services app > click on it and select advanced options.

After that, click repair and then restore, open the app and try again.

Then do the same for the Xbox app:

Go to windows settings > apps > search for Xbox app > click on it and select advanced options.

If it still doesn't work you're going to uninstall the games services using a powershell command, then you're going to open the gamepass app, it will ask you to download and install the game services again :

In the windows search bar type Powershell > Right click and select open as administrator > Type the command: "get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-Appxpackage –allusers" > Wait for the process to finish and then restart the PC, then open your Xbox gamepass app, it will ask you to install the gaming services again, install it and try again.

If neither of those procedures works, try to restore your PC's OS via the ISO image tool, using that tool you will be able to maintain your installed games and files.

Is the same happening when you try to download other games?
Are you using Windows 10 or Windows 11?
What procedures you tried to fix this so far?

So I get the code 0x80070002 on the xbox app, and on the Microsoft store I only get "There's a problem on our end".

The only games I own on Microsofts platform is Forza Horizon 5 and Forza Horizon 4. And all the times I tried to download both Forza Horizon 5 and 4.
I am currently using Windows 11 but this problem happened on my old pc as well and that pc used Windows 10. Now I could sometimes download both Fh5 and Fh4 on my old pc but not on my new one!

I haven't tried any fix yet because I don't know any fixes
