    I've entered my Gift Card promo code into the store - I'm being prompted with a message that says "Sorry, but an unexpected error has occurred. The error has been recorded and we will investigate. Please try to redeem your code later" and the error code
    written in the title of this post.

    It is frustrating that Microsoft has my money and I do not have their product and my only recourse is to go onto this forum which appears to have more questions than answers.

    I'm seeing a lot of other people with similar issues that have been waiting for more than 2 days.

    Thinking of just returning my machine - please help before I do.

    I think they are inconsistant, they gave WWE 12 a 9.5, and also gave Skyrim a 9.5, they are biased too, they will always give Call of Duty a high score no matter how bad it is!
