  1. Error code that doesn't exist apparently?! Help nothing works!

error code (0x80073cfc) States that I need to uninstall home then reinstall it again, problem is when I load my Xbox up it takes me to a black screen showing this message and when I choose to close the message it brings the message back up and keeps me on
the black screen. So I can't even fix it the way their telling me to?!. Console's a joke. Not to mention the fact that I've tried multiple times to contact Microsoft and had no responses!, Is there anyway I can fix this problem that apparently NO ONE is aware
    of?! Any help would great.

    :)

    Nothing is downloading

So nothing is downloading on my Xbox. When I try and cancel the download it just says there was an error. When I get the error code to fix it, it gives me 0x0 which doesn't exist.

    Hi DarthKraken10,

    Try this

    1. Hold down the power button on the front of your Xbox One console until it fully powers down,
unplug the power cord, and wait 30 seconds. Please note the console must be fully powered down; the next steps will not work if the console is powered on from connected standby.
    2. Plug the power cord back in.
    3. PRESS the POWER Button then Hold down the Bind button (located on the side of the console next to the USB port)
and the Eject button (located on the front of the console next to the optical disc slot), continue holding down Bind and Eject until you hear a second “power up” chime.
    4. Then SELECT Reset this Xbox - This Troubleshooter takes the User to a page that allows them to select full reset or
reset but keep content (this allows you to keep your installed games and settings!)

Let us know if this works!

If the error code remains, your console will need to be repaired.

I just solved in this way:

Hold down the power button on the front of your Xbox One console until it fully powers down, unplug the power cord, and wait 30 seconds.

Then, when restarded, all was fine
