error code: "Something went wrong" AND MY MONEY IS GONE NOW!!!

first I couldn't buy the destiny expansion pass It says "Something went wrong" AND NOW MY $50 HAVE GONE OR DISAPPEARED!!!

why is this happening to me pleas help me.

Had the same problem today and it's really annoyed me as it has taken a couple of days to download and now I can't play, the error code doesn't register with my code either

Error code 0x870000b-"Something went wrong"

So today I jump on my xbox one and sign in and go to play the Witcher 3(disc version) and I start getting a message("Something went wrong") followed by these error codes popping up that gives the code 0x87e0000b, which when I put it in the error code box(at
xbox.com/errorhelp) to search for it comes back as "not an error". So, not sure if I'm inputting it correctly or what. But the main issue is I can't play Witcher 3 b/c of this. Is anyone else getting this error code or having an issue that is similiar? Is
it fixable? Or I'm I just s*** out of luck? I've had alot of issues with this game, including constantly having to reload a scene b/c I can't talk to the NPC I'm suppose to talk to, saving issues, freezing, popping in and out of textures of a scene, etc.
but I'm still playing it. Not sure if I will continue after this mess. Let me know if anyone has any advice. I'd Appreciate it!

this happened to me when i bought somthing but it went through so check your install section to see if it went through and started downloading it and it used your money , if not listen to the guy above

Hi, thanks for the suggestions. I've gone through the two suggestions here but the account still doesn't work. I have made a new account that works perfectly and am now wondering if my data can be transferred as I don't want to lose the things I have spent money on. If this is possible, I can happily close this support forum as my issue would have been solved.
