    Im also having exact same problem. i've been calling xbox live since january and they cant come up with a solution this is very frustrating. The reason i dont make a new account is beacsue i dont wanna lose all my achievements. If i try to reedem a 1 month

    Well. I would suggest going to Amazon and searching there on XBOX LIVE MONTH and checking the proces for a three month or twelve month subscription with ONLINE CODE DELIVERY, then comparing those against Walmart.Com and their EMAIL DELIVERY. Last week, the
    winner was Amazon with three months for less than $20 and a year for less than $49, but that changes up and down. That way, you can buy the subscription and get the Code to reedem for your subscription right away without leaving home.
