    Im getting error and not able to redeem my EA Access on either xbox one or on website.

    Did the error code search, nothing come up. Could someone please help?

    Sorted. Try redeeming your xbox one EA access code, restarting your xbox or PC, and then redeeming B1.

    Cannot redeem xbox live 24 month code.

    I tried on my xbox one console and on the xbox website and was told there was an error with redeeming the code. On the website, I was given the error code

    Are you still having this problem? I just got an EA access code from costco and it's giving me the same error.. 1 min before I successfully redeemed an xbox $25 gift card from costco, but it doesn't like the Costco EA access one. I've tried it on both my
