    Error Code received when attempting to download DLC Pack


    I have an Xbox One, and an Xbox Live Gold Account. I own the Call of Duty WWII game. When attempting to download the newest DLC pack, Shadow War, I receive the following message:

    Code: 0x00000194

    CV: CeYmsEj8tEqu1BAR

    I have rebooted my system; cleared my cache; cleaned up my memory and made sure I had enough memory to download the newest DLC pack. Everything should be in working order. Today is day three of trying to download this DLC pack and I am still consistantly
    receiving errors instead of the download going through.

    I would greatly appreciate some assistance.

    I have not received the Download codes for Alan Wake and DLC packs. I pre ordered quantum break on the xbox store. When will i receive the codes.

    Hello D3molitionMan65!

    Sorry to hear about the funky issue you guys seem to be dealing with.

    If it does it after all the troubleshooting that you have already completed, then I would try to

    remove and then redownload your profile     and see if that helps.

    If that doesn't though, then I'd give what we call a soft reset a shot.

    It's a reset of your console back to factory settings but one that does not uninstall any of your games or apps and is a really good troubleshooting step for most issues.

    Just make sure that before you go ahead with it, that you do know all of the sign-in information for any/all of your accounts and have easy access to your internet network. Also make sure you choose the option that
    keeps your games and apps

    Follow the steps here on
    How to reset your console to factory defaults on Xbox One     and let us know how that helps with the issue
