    still getting the error code?

    will try using the app more today and see if the error code returns again.....seems if I use the app for a few hours then try to return and use the app later that's when I get the error code?

    Sorry to hear it. There are a couple of reasons that you may be getting this error code.

    1. The code was not activated at the point of purchase. If this is the case you'll need to return to the store it was purchased from and have them activate the code.

    2. The code was purchased for a different region than your gamertag is set for. Gold codes are region locked which means that your gamertag must be set for the same country that the code is valid for.
