Error code playing movie on xbox

A little bit of some additional info when trying to play a movie while stuck in the bugged out Video Collection.

I'm getting this error when I attempt to play a movie from my movies.

" Playback Error

Can't find the content.

Status code: 8007139f "

I downloaded several movies for marathon weekend and after a couple of movies in the morning (Sydney, Australia time), when I tried to play the next movie (Maleficent), I got subject error message 0xc101ab66 in early afternoon today - 22 Feb 2020.

I found this post for error code 0xc101ab66 and tried to go to https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/games-apps/apps-help/troubleshoot-movies-and-tv-on-xbox-one per suggestion of user Jayhab4real. Now I got a new
error code 0x80070490.

I still tried and was able to re-install the film/tv app but still got error code 0xc101ab66. I give up !!!

I'll wait tomorrow if XBOX will fix this as there's now 386 views as we speak.

The error code you listed suggests the license for the movies is either corrupted or missing.

Do you get an error when you try playing the movies from the 4k disc? An error code or message will be helpful.

Also, make sure your Blu-Ray app on Xbox is up to date.
