    Error Code PBR9002?


    Tried to renew my xbox live today and this is what I get:

    "Use a different way to pay
    Your purchase can't be completed with this payment option. Try a different or new way to pay.

    PBR9002
    9f0a56d7-6266-4b58-a2b4-41bf471deedf"

    What's going on here? I tried paying with my visa card several times, from my xbox one and from my computer but nada worked. Is there anything I can do?

    Cannot redeem codes

    Anyone else havin a problem. Its accepting the code and displaying what its for but when i click to download i'm gettin an error message everytime with no specific error codes. ***!
