Error Code: OxC03F300D. "Something happened on our end". What's going on? Anyone know? ...

Seems like there's no staff at all! I tried to put in a 12 Month Gold Subscription code on my xbox; "Something happened on our end", then i tried my phone, "something happened on our end", then PC, "something happened on our end". After doing research i
see this has been happening for a while now, and ive found the error code if anyone needs to refer to it, OxC03F300D. I tried a $50 microsoft points code as well, nothing happened on their end, it went perfectly, then with my hopes up, i type in the 12 month
gold code and "Something happened on our end"!! please fix this i want to play and chat with my friends.

Just bought a 1 month xbox live card from dollar general. Usually have no problems with cards like that. Unfortunately today of all days was the day it decided to not work. Put in the code both on my phone and through my xbox and both times it says "Try
that again" "something happened on our end" then in a row

If anyone is having or has had simliar issues and possibly knows what's wrong please comment!

Looked around and found something about it not being the right region for the code? Idk. Thanks yall

 

Anyone else having trouble downloading the new Pandora app?

I've seen that the new Pandora app is now available to Xbox One. But every time I try to install, it keeps saying that something happened on our end. Any word on what's going on?

 

Ran into this problem with 3 xbl gold cards. Go to where you purchased the cards and while there phone xbox support with the cards and user info handy. Be ready to have the stores customer service rep listening in, that way if MS decides to blame the store
they can not only defend themselves, but will be more inclined to help you get the situation resolved.

Wish a 1,000 times I had recorded what WW customer service told MS. "We are going to fully refund this customer and you will make this right." - Took all of 2 hours for MS to finally figure out that. You don't blame others for your wrongdoing. lol

MS Systems, when a card is sold, is supposed to instantly activate that card. Sometimes the system does not work, when that happens you have no alternative but to call support and/or return the card.

 

why are there no answers for these? same problem
