Hello why do i get this error code with every digital game I buy. Xbox has been having to many issues I am trying to be loyal to you guys but this is ridiculous i know one person does not mater but serious thinking in going to ps4 as I cant even play. every
time i have a day off from work i come to play my Xbox and something is always wrong Ive been with u guys for a few years never had issue but Xbox one is epic fail if it keeps going like this. please fix this like ASAP please Thank you

Sincerely sorry to hear about the game launching issue. Just a heads up, I found your thread in our error code forums and moved it to the proper Xbox One support forum for better visibility.

I am also running into this issue at the moment. I'm re-running into old issues like bad sit-com re-runs. First, i can't get into multiplayer games because my Xbox settings are switched to family when they are not. This has happened before. Now i can't access
games I've purchased online because of the Error Code ox87de2714. Id like to continue owning a console that is "American Made", but the overseas tech is looking pretty good right about now.

I'm sorry to hear about the issues. As for the error code 0x87de2714 you're receiving, that could've been popping up due to the service alert we had up at the time you wrote your post. Try accessing your games again to see if you're still receiving that
error code now that the service alert has been taken down.

If you're still seeing that error code and since this thread is a bit old, I would suggest creating a new thread detailing what you're experiencing and list out any troubleshooting steps you may have previously tried. This way you can receive support catered
