Error code ox80820002 disk reader

Hi all

Can somebody help me please? The only disk that loads on my xbox one is Elder Scrolls online. Blu ray movies will not play or other game disks such as Destiny.

All disks are spotless, xbox system is up to date. Reinstalled the blu ray app, console reset power off brick all done.

It only plays scrolls which i think is very strange.

Can anybody help.

unable to read disk

have 360-s xbox was plaing fine last year go to put game disk in get error 03 80 00 can not read disk took out clean it put it back in state mix content on disk and it81

a 360 disk (game) (cod 3 WWII game) talk with support send it in to be fix (error code E81 ?)

disk read error cod ghost !!!!!

So, after updating I tried to get to the multi-player menu. After getting through some syncs I reached the multi-player menu. Then my ghosts went back to the start and started syncing again! And again and again, so I deleted the game and tried installing
it with the updates. It got an error at 7% so I tried again with no luck. Then I tried while offline, and it got stuck at 8%. Then I factory reset it with no luck. So then I tried installing it offline then as soon as it got the error, I went online and
tried again without restarting the install. It finished and I had to then update 3.3 gb again. After that I tried syncing, which didn't work and told to try syncing again or playing offline. Trying again didn't work so I selected play offline. I then reached
the multi-player menu and I connected to the server and fetched the online profile. I then tried to join a game and it immediately booted me out and showed me disc read error imagefile62! I'm fed up with this ***

It sounds like you may need a repair on your console. If you've run through all of the troubleshooting here:
support.xbox.com/.../disc-error, I believe you will have to get it repaired as your disc drive may be faulty. You can get a service order started here:

If it does end up being your disk reader, buying a new disk reader instead of a whole Xbox is general would be ideal. Unless your Xbox is still under warranty.

Hey there it seems as your getting a but frustrated lets try not to use inappropriate language in the forums thanks.

If that is the case with the borderlands disk then it is the disk and not the console. I cannot make the console forcefully read a broken disk, you can troubleshoot the disk reader / manager but that's all you can do if the game works on the 360 then the
360 seems to have read / manage the disk with no errors. You also need to take in mind that it also runs an emulator which will let you play backwards compatible games but at a slower rate then normal.

And as for your achievements lets just try one account to see if it fixes it can you please remove the profile on the console and re-add it thanks.
