Error code on video play status code 803c0006

I recently began watching a movie i purchased and downloaded this morning, started watching it fine, but after coming home from work i am now being given the error code 803c0006, this happened with in the space of just under 5 hoits

 

A message to every one who has experienced this problem, look through your hard drive in every folder, remove any corrupted files, i have just done this and it seems to have sorted the problem

 

I have all the videos downloaded but it says i purchased nothing. And I have to rebuy it.

 

Well that's 5 movies I bought with this error code. Not only that when I bought Planes, watched it that night. Next day when I want to finish it, this came up. Worst part is that it disappear out of my library. No refund and not shown in my commerce.microsft.com.
My banking statement said I purchased it. So I tries those steps and no go. The last I cant do it with out a computer use and my cell phone isn't rooted to do that process.

 

I just tried deleting the movie off of my HD, then re-downloading it, and that worked for me.

 

i having this usage rights problem as well. bought alot of movie , music videos,tv shows. now i have nothing.. getting tired of all the problems. thinking just cancelling out & staying with playstation. less problems and dont get ripped off

I've also been having this happen to my account. I've downloaded a bunch of stand up comedy that I can no longer view because of "usage rights". Status code 803c0006. If I don't get to watch what I've paid for, they should issue refunds for everything purchased.

 

I'm having the same problem, and tried all of the steps previously mentioned. I could watch them on a friends Xbox and then all of a sudden I started receiving the same error code.

 

I love how this is a known issue and Xbox support has still not resolved the problem. I just bought a frikken 20 dollar movie last night and now I am getting this stupid error code. Also half the time I have tried starting up the pathetic excuse that is
the Xbox video app my Xbox has frozen. I tried everything that was suggested including deleting the download.... Now I can't even red download it because it is saying that I used up my item. I am expecting some sort of compensation when I call Xbox support
today. For those of you who have not been able to watch your TV shows and movies for several months I suggest you do the same. This is absolutely ridiculous and there is no excuse for such an error to occur let alone NOT be fixed almost immediately.

Hello there, I have encountered the same problem. I cannot watch my movies on Xbox 360 that I purchased from the xbox movies store via laptop. When I click to watch the movies on my Xbox 360 I get an error code of 803c0006. I have deleted and redownload
my profile. I have deleted and redownload Xbox video. I am all out of ideas. This error code happens to both of my movies that I own...
