Error code in the mcc

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. There are no support articles on Xbox.com regarding error code 0x838601e7, unfortunately. Is this only happening to one game? If you, you may want to consider

uninstalling MCC, then reinstalling it after a
power cycle.

If this doesn't help, let us know all of the other troubleshooting steps you have already tried.

Thanks but I tried to delete the data from the cloud but it does not allow me from my xbox, since it does not appear as mentioned in the guide. Is there any other way to access the cloud to clear the mcc data?

Thanks for the suggestion, I tried it but when I install it again the message keeps appearing and the saved data can not be synchronized. I already deleted the game data in the console to synchronize from the cloud but it did not work. Each time I play and reach a checkpoint or save the game, the ad is interrupted and skipped. This only happens to me with the mcc.

Thank you for replying back! Just to clarify, When deleting your saved game data for MCC, did you try to delete the saved data from everywhere? At this point it seems as though the saved game data saved in the cloud may be corrupted as well. If you haven't
tried that solution you may want to try it by viewing this support article about the

Cloud Storage.

Same, games recently downloaded on Ultimate Game Pass aren't working for me (Halo 5, Halo MCC, Hue, PES2019) with that same error code, but older downloaded games are working.
