error code in fallout 3 game in pack xbox one fallout

Hello, I've bought the xbox one pack that comes with fallout 3 and 4 but when I put the code of fallout 3, a message pops up saying that an error has occured, but it doesn't show any error code so I don't know what type of error could it have been.

I've contacted in the technical support chat, the Spanish one since it's where I live and they told me that they have registered my console and tried to look up options on how to solve the problem but they didn't find any. So they've adviced me to post about
it here in case any of you can help.

I bought the pack xbox one 1 tb with Fallout 4(phusical format)+Fallout 3 (digital format).The problem is that the code that brings is not right, Iwill not let him download or on Xbox One. Xbox 360,or Pc.It gives me an error

HI. i get gear of war UE and fallout 4 games and then i got codes for all gears of war games on Xbox one and fallout 3 too but the follows codes i cant redem:

gears of war 1, gears of war 3 , fallout 3.

i get error: Xbos-0x80150017

also i got code for halo reach and i get the same error in my Xbox one.

What's the error code you received? It should look similar to 0x00000000 or XBOS-0000. We'll need that to identify the exact issue you're experiencing. Thanks in advance!

To check, do you have the region of your console set to your physical locale? That error code generally refers to regional mismatch which would explain why you're unable to redeem the code.
