Discus and support Error code help in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; Greetings, upon start up of Xbox 1 x console, I received this code: 0x8007010b Nothing popped up on Microsoft's website.     Greetings, upon start up of Xbox 1 x console, I received this code: 0x8007010b

    Nothing popped up on Microsoft's website. Any thoughts here? Thanks

    help new 360 update failed w/error code

    Help, not finding anything in search. tried MS support suggestions with no help. Just bought a new xbox and have had numerous consoles so not new to xbox. selected the update after logging into profile and the console froze. I only have access to a MAC but I am sure the file downloaded from the MS site is on the USB drive now getting the same bs error code.

    Desperately need help!

    Did it run at all before you opened it up? If so, you may have damaged your motherboard while trying to replace the X-Clamp. By chance are you getting a 0002 error code? If so, you may have a possible short.

    Here's a link to a good tutorial on replacing the X-Clamp and the processor clamp, if necessary. Link

    Please answer the following:

    1. When was the console last updated?
    2. Is there any message with this error code?
    3. How long have you had the console for?
    4. Any troubleshooting steps you have done so far?

    This will help me work out what may be happening.
