    Why in the **** does it tell me to go to that url and type in a code and then gives me feedback of no results found? Doesn't make any sense. I am also trying to play a game and it keeps giving me something went wrong, and then when I keep selecting the game,
    it tells me the person who bought this game needs to sign in… I **** bought it!!

    No support result foubnd for error code 0x87e00013

    Trying to install Neverwinter but keep getting the error code 0x87e00013 and on screen message advising to enter this code at xbox.com/errorhelp but the errorhelp page cannot find this error code. Any ideas please?

    Day Zero Digital Content Not Working

    I tried to use the code for the digital extras and it told me to go to xbox.com/errorhelp and it didn't recognize the error code that my console gave me.

    Got the same thing. error 0x87e107f9. Then asks if I bought the game. Happens on every game. Can't find a solution anywhere.

    Same thing is happening to me. Maybe live is broken... Hopefully they can fix this soon

    same thing happening here all digital versions I have purchased pop an error when opened. Pretty much tellling me I don't own it.
