Error code for redeem code - checked with issuer and code is still good

I have 2 xbox codes from bing and I am getting the following error:

Code I got was:

XBOS-3010

I emailed support and they ran my records, checked the code they issues and it showed unused. There is no expiry date on the issue of the code it was not promotional. When I try to use the console it reports code invalid. How can I resolve this?

I purchased and have received and redeemed the codes for the games but seem to be getting an error code trying to redeem the 12 Month Live code.

Any ideas? It just suggests trying again later.

 

Need help redeeming my xbox live code

I tried redeeming the code in my browser on my computer using these instructions, big mistake. It said "thank you, you redeemed your code" and then exited me out. No gamertag registration whatsoever. I thought the whole point of redeeming my code was to create a gamer tag, but no just exits me out. I then tried redeeming my code on my xbox (so that I could create the gamer tag) and it said "sorry, code already redeemed."

so what the... what do I do now?

 

Check commerce.microsoft.com to ensure that all your information is correct. When you say you emailed support do you mean Xbox support? It is also possible that Bing did not activate the codes
when they sent them to you. Did you contact Bing to let them know what's going on?

 

It was Bing support I contacted I did not now how to get hold of xbox support.

The error code reported by xbox, had a link which came to a page that said unknown error and a link to the forums.

Thanks Bing suggested I try again which I will and make scree captures then report the issue to MS. i was hoping both Microsoft companies they could figure it out, so hopefully xbox support will help me
