Error code for first time in 10 years - trying to do 3.6 gig update

Gets to 70% - nothings works. Bought in Canada - live in Philippines now with it and have for 4 years and always udpated. Unreal can't work - hope someone knows what to do. 0x8b05000f 0x00000000 0x90060007 is the error code. Searched around and
did a reset but kept games and data and then changed location - Philippines not offered so tried Korea, HK and Taiwan and Singapore - all 4 - same error. Also reset internet modem for 1 hour for new IP - nothing helped. Can't even play offline as now its
reset so has to do update or turn off. So what can do?

I did - phoned them even - - they don't know what it is - ironic as their machine gives the error code. Try another internet connection they said haah a- like I have 2 in my house.

Thanks for coming to us with this understandably frustrating update issue for support.

Normally in instances in which you get some kind of console update and the reset hasn't helped, one would want to go ahead and try what we call an offline update.
