    Error Code finds no documentation


    I see from the forum that my problem appears to be the same as many other users. Error code 0x800401fb finds no solution. Can't access account! Please fix this!

    CBS Installation stops - error code 0x0820002B

    CBS app installation keeps stopping and providing error code 0x0820002B.

    Tried it on my xbox one and xbox one s, same result. Tried hard resets on both machines, no luck. Anyone else encounter this? Did CBS just pull the plug on this app? I thought it just hit the app store Q3 2016?

    I haven't been able to find any documentation on this error code yet which I thought is a little strange...

    Xbox.com/errorhelp

    I got an error message "let us know by entering 0x87cc0100 at Xbox.com/errorhelp" which has no results and no place for entering new error codes which these error codes are determined by the programmers why is there no documentation for something you programmed.
    It's your system you put the error codes in how do you not know what caused it. Why tell me to go somewhere that has less information than I have?

    Just a comment on the error codes: They usually just refer to a line of code. If it's not a common documented error it's pretty easy to confuse support.

    Hmm this is interesting, I couldn't find any more documentation about that error code specifically. I would suggest you all phone up xbox support and let them know about the status code. They may not be able to provide an answer or resolution, but something
    new may be able to send it up the chain.
