Error Code: E303 00000000 8007041D

I was playing 'Halo: Master Chief Collection' when I got an update for the game. I updated it and the update was successful. I then went to launch the game and the game froze whilst loading and then closed itself. I launched it again and the same thing
happened. I then decided to reboot my xbox one and it now doesn't turn up. It went to the Green Xbox One screen and then to a black screen with error code 'E303 00000000 8007041D'.

I have looked online for a solution and tried everything but nothing seems to work. I have tried rebooting with no disc in the xbox, without kiinect plugged in, without Ethernet cable in. I have held the power button down for 30 seconds whilst turning
both on and off, held eject button when turning on, unplugged and left for power light to go off and even tried holding the power button down for 30seconds whilst the xbox was unplugged as this apparently drains the power.

After the first hard reset my xbox now just goes to the green xbox one screen for about 5 minutes and then my screen goes completely blank with nothing on it what so ever.

Help?

Green Xbox Logo Followed By Black Screen When Powering On

Now it's giving me an error code from time to time.

I've done my research and none of the solutions I've found have worked.

I have the same problem. Tried all sorts to try and rectify the fault no joy. Looks like Xbox one is being returned to the shop.

i am also having the exact same issue.. i was playing battlefield 4 with a few friends.. the game ended and then i was presented with a black screen.. i waited about 20mins and then i decided to turn off my console as it wasnt responding at all.. i then
turned on my xbox and then i was stuck on a green XBOX ONE screen... i spoke to support (who really suck by the way) and they said my kinect sensor is broken... i dont believe that for a second..

i turned off my xbox by pressing the power button for 15 - 20secs and my psu led went orange.. turned my xbox back on.. i got into my dashboard.. but i was unable to load anything nor go into settings or anything.. so support advised me to turn off xbox
.. remove kinect / unplug power from xbox.. wait 5mins and then plug in just power.. when i did that i got a black xbox logo then my dashboard loaded.. but then i was unable to use apps or load games (again).. then support advised me that my kinect was broken
(was unplugged) so i told them it wasnt plugged in because they told me to unplug it.. i plugged it in and it made no difference.. i then removed power again.. rebooted my internet because tech told me that you cannot even turn your xbox on without it being
online (lies because i did an offline installation for Call of Duty)

i rebooted my router.... turned off my xbox for another 30mins.. same error

a black screen saying system error conact customer support with error code

Aaaaaaaaaargh

The unplug/ power off for 5 minutes did not solve problem, currently sitting on a black screen hoping it changes to an error screen to see if the code has changed.
