Error Code E208 000001E7 00000000

Hey Dear Xbox Team,

dont know if i have to write in English so i try my best.

Since last October (since the Release of the Blair Watch Game), I have issues with my Xbox One X Console showing the Message in the Headline adove.

By Downloading this Game, it was the first time the error occured.

After Downloading neraly 40% of the Game, the UI began to Freeze and i couldn't Start games or Pressing anything. The only UI working was the Xbox Menu after pressing the xbox Button on the Controler. But Even there, only a few things are possible. If want
to go to the Settings and Press A for getting in, the box only plays the "clicking" sound an nothing is Happening.

I always have to restart the System. If I´m Lucky, the Box Starts up. But Most often, the Console is showing no Picture on the TV an simply remains on by the Xbox light on the Console showing. Sometimes after some minutes, the Diskdrive seems to Start Reading
(the typical Diskreading Sound after turning on the Box) and the Bootup is beginning, showing the Xbox Screen. Otherwise, the Box simply turns off. Or it just Shows the Xbox Logo with the animated loading screen but nothing is Happening for over 10 minutes.

I restart it again and once again if i´m Lucky, the Box Boots or does not.

I already tried everything i could. Beginning with Hard reset the box. Reset the Box with leaving the Games on it. The Console then Works for some time oder days but always gets this Failure after some time. Also cutting the Box from Power for 24 Hours...

Then i did the Reset by deleting everything on it. But there was no improvement.

I then did an offline Update by USB Boot Stick. But the Problem Stills remains.

I can play with the Console but after some Time (sometimes Hours or Days), the same error occures again.

Just sometime, the Console is showing the Error Code above. As i have written before, the Xbox don´t turn on probably in 95% of Cases.

Already called the German Hotline but the Agent didn´t seemed very interessted in my Problem simply saying, that i only can rapair the Box for 290 Euro... But i think, it´s just a Software Problem and no Hardware is broken?

Any Clues or hints?
