    Error Code E200 upon start


    Upon Starting my original Xbox one, I receive the following error code. I have attempted all of the recommended troubleshooting steps until I reach update offline. It states that I need to know which OS version I am currently running; however, I can not
    reach the home screen and pulling both triggers and bumpers does not work either. How should I determine what update to install?

    E200 Error Help

    OK I've been searching for info on the E200 error codes but not much information can be found on E200 just info on pretty much every other error code for xbox one.

    Last night upon turning my xbox on I was presented with an issue of not being able to select menus or start games so I reset the xbox by holding the power button. When it reset it presented me with a black screen and error code E200 0000000A 00000000. So
    again I reset two more time getting to more different E200 codes E200 00000074 00000000 and E200 00000096 00000000. On the forth reset it resumed normal operation procedures but wouldn't allow me again to select things until I change batteries in the xbox
    controllers then everything worked properly again. I haven't turn it on today to see if it's still behaving as it should but and seeking some insight on the E200 codes as to be certain it's not something I have done or the machine is failing me after only
    2 weeks of owning it.
