hello im in the xbox insider program after not playing my xbox one x for about a month i turned it one and it came up xbox needs an update pressed ok then it came up error E105000000008007045D restart console

have the error code E105 00000000 8007045D. Anyone know how to fix it?

 

iv contacted microsoft and they gave me a form to fill but at the end says i have to pay £188 out of region its still under warranty

tried that and factory reset still the same tells me to restart then error again its still in warranty but says iv got to pay £188 as its out of region the support said its because the supplier is in Canada i pre ordered it from Argos uk ?

What channel of support did you contact? Did you go to
Xbox Support and follow the instructions to request a callback to your desired number?

Or did you have a support number that you dialed directly?

we called support with a number the argos supplier gave us and got a txt to call support of off argos support told us to fill in a repair form when i got to the end it sai out of region £188 called support again and they told m its out of region and something
about canada ? and it would be £240

I think the best course of action would be to follow the official way of contact with
Xbox Support. By going this way your are going to request a callback to your desired phone number and speak to a representative for your region. There is also chat support, which
is faster but the phone support is there as an option as well.
