    PLEASE HELP. ERROR CODE AS STATED ABOVE. HAVE TRIED TO TROUBLESHOOT AND EVEN RESET TO FACTORY SETTINGS BUT XBOX FINNALLY RETURNS TO TROUBLESHOOTING PAGE DISPLAYING THE SAME ERROR CODE AGAIN.

    HAVE TRIED BING AD EJECT BUTTON SEQUENCE TO NO AVAIL.

    Cannot redeem codes

    Anyone else havin a problem. Its accepting the code and displaying what its for but when i click to download i'm gettin an error message everytime with no specific error codes. ***!

    Can you please follow the Error Code wizard on Xbox One System Updates | Offline System Updates

    It might be necessary to create an USB thumb drive with the Offline System Update Diagnostic Tool and possibly use the USB thumbdrive to reset the console to factory defaults, if you already used the console system settings to reset the console to factory
    defaults.

    The website will provide step by step instructions and pictures to follow along.

    But when I put the code in to the error code search it says there's no error code like that.

    Fifteen Dollars lost, don't have my Map Pack.

    I don't remember exactly the error code but it started with 801 and error occurred. I will try to contact Phone Support as soon as I can but I will try what Xbox Support said to me on Twitter as well.

    I looked over the error codes and I limited to the ones I think it was.

    I can't pinpoint the exact one since they are all similar.

    (My payment option did work, it was paid through my Microsoft Account)
