I've done everything but an offline update due to not having a flash drive on hand right now and it still cycles through the troubleshoot screen.

The E code I received is E102 10070C02 8B060008

From the troubleshoot screen you need to select Reset this Xbox and then select keep my games and apps.

If it is still not working then you need to attempt an offline system update using a USB drive. Follow this guide for further reference:

Hello Alexis, when the consoles start showing the error E102, E 101 etc it is more likely that the internal HD of the Xbox is damaged.

Check to see if you can bring up the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter:

1. Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.

3. Press and hold the BIND button (located on the left side of the console) and the EJECTbutton (located on the front of the console), and then press the Xbox button on the console.
4. Continue holding the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds.
5. Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the BINDand EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone.
