How do I fix System Error E102 00000C0E 80070091 on an Xbox One X. The help that I find online mentions a bind button but I don't believe my system has that?

Also, I must say I've owned several Playstations including the 4 and never had as many problems as with the Xbox. This is making me re-think my decision to move to the Xbox platform.

The BIND button is the "accessory pair button" on Xbox One X, the number 4 button mentioned here: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/console/get-to-know-console

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.
