Since a Microsoft UPDATE. MY XBOX DOSENT WORK. IT STARTS STRAIGHT TO THE OPTIONS OF RESET KEEPING APPS ETC, DELETE APPS ETC OR RESTART. It is stuck and cycles to the same options. It does
not delete or perform a reset. Help.. the xbox site says of offline download OSU1, but no links. Does anyone know where or how to get the download, and which one if theres a choice do I download. NO LINKS ON MICROSOFT PAGES, JUST HOW TOO. WHICH IS A WASTE
OF TIME. ITS OK TO SAY HOW TO, BUT NO LINKS TO THE DOWNLOAD, AND NO ONE ANSWERING THE PHONES. THE BLIONS THEY MAKE YET NO ONE TO SPEAK TO. SO ANGRY. There is NO PHONE SUPPORT. Every option you choose, it comes back as it dosent qualify for chat or phone call
back.. EVERY OPTION. THE BILLIONS MICROSOFT MAKE AND NO SUPPORT FOR LIVE for customers. SHOCKING.. SO MONEY WE PAY FOR XBOX LIVE, means nothing. We are
still paying.0800 587 1102. And the phone call ends saying contact microsoft.com/help and request a call back back or chat to us
online.. goodbyeYOU CAN'T. Again all options no matter which you choose says you dont qualify for call back or online chat... so where Microsoft are not fulfilling their contract, Citizens advice or Trading standards looks like we have to contact. It seems
Microsoft have laid off all their customer support. I will NEVER BUY ANOTHER XBOX. HOW TO STOP OTHER USERS BUYING THE NEW TO BE RELEASEED XBOX.. HOW MANY MORE BILLIONS HAVE THEY ALIENATED BECAUSE theres no support.

Scroll down to the E102 section of this support, System update solution startup error to assist resolving this
issue. You need a PC to download the OSU file to USB.

To do this, you'll need:

A Windows-based PC with an Internet connection and a USB port.
A USB flash drive with a minimum 6 GB of space formatted as NTFS.

Most USB flash drives come formatted as FAT32 and will have to be reformatted to NTFS. Note that formatting a USB flash drive for this procedure will erase all files on it. Back up or transfer any files on your flash drive before
you format the drive. For information about how to format a USB flash drive to NTFS using a PC, see

Plug your USB flash drive into a USB port on your computer.
Open the Offline System Update file
OSU1.
Click Save to save the console update .zip file to your computer.
Unzip the file by right-clicking on the file and selecting
Extract all from the pop-up menu.
Copy the $SystemUpdate file from the .zip file to your flash drive. The files should be copied to the root directory, and there shouldn't be any other files on the flash drive.
Unplug the USB flash drive from your computer.
Continue to the next step to complete the update on your console.

Go to https://support.xbox.com/xbox-one/console/startup-error-solution and scroll down to E102 (your error code) and follow the instructions from
there.

From the console troubleshooter screen you mentioned, please try resetting the console to its factory settings while keeping your games and apps. To do this, select "Reset this Xbox". When prompted, select the "Keep games and apps" option. This will reset the operating system and remove any potentially corrupt data that may be causing the issue, without deleting your apps or games.

If the problem persists, you should attempt an offline update by following the procedure outlined in the following link:

If despite the previous procedures you continue to experience the same problem or if you are unable to perform any of the procedures, then it will be necessary for you to create a service order for your console to be properly inspected and repaired.

If your console is not listed there, you will need to register it by clicking on the "Register device" button. Then, you will need to fill in the required information and follow the steps that appear to process the service order.
