Error Code E102 00000007 8B060008 After attempted factory restore

After christmas (December 25, 2014) my console started to have problems. First was the green loading screen with circles popping and the console couldn't get past it until a couple hard resets. After this problem persisted I decided to Factory Reset to see
if it would fix the problem. After a few minutes past the error code popped up saying in multiple languages: System Error. Contact Xbox Customer Support. The code is E102 00000007 8B060008. I have attempted the offline system update tool, but there were no
two power on sounds after 10 seconds of holding EJECT and the BIND button. Please help me.

Hello! I have such a situation, I decided to do a full system reset, after a reboot was a black screen 2 minutes then climbed this error E102 8B060008 00000007 please help! Thanks in advance!

 

I had the same problem with my xbox, the only solution I found was to ask for repair. Just asking, were you involved with the preview dashboard?

 

I had same problem, Unknown. I also see your post is from Jan 3, my recommendation is to get a twitter account and tweet @xboxsupport, only way I could get a response to my problem.

As to your xbox problem, I tried ALL the same things you did, I have to send my xbox in for a repair, the cost is $115 if you do it online. Good luck!

 

i'm sorry i'm getting this problem also and i don't know how come they want us to pay for something that Xbox did to are system. so what they want us to do is pay 115 to 130 dollars every time they send out an update that mess up are Xbox one. that is crazy.

They make me UPDATE to this horrible dashboard to begin with when it worked fine before and now I'l have to pay to send it in? WTF?
