    Error Code E100


    Hey there,

    after an update 2 months ago, my Xbox One says "Contact support error Code E100" after I boot it up.

    I tried to contact the Microsoft Service center AND the Microsoft Support, but both of them say that the other one has the information I need.

    So that's going on for ages and I am running in circles.

    Please help me or give me an actual number I can call (because the Support Hotline is offline, too), my garanty time is running out.
