Error code E100 XXXXXXX XXXXXX

My console was working fine until one day (yesterday) it began updating itself and never finished. Instead

issued a E100 00000 706 8007045D error code message. Contacted support and they said it refers to a hardware problem.

How can this be? I am not a frequent user and bought in june 2014. Does anyone know

some trick to get my XboxOne back to life? Tks

I have a E100 error code after supposedly failed sytem update I can't figure it out..!!

Unfortunately things break. Have you tried doing a hard reset? Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in
and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational test for results.

Not sure that will do anything but it is worth a try. Let us know how it goes. Good Luck!

I have the same issue, console has not had much use, started it up today, system update, accepted (you have no choice) then within a few minutes I get the E100 error

Tried all the various download / support fixes, M$ want it returned (out of warranty) £84 to fix their own issue, not happy !
