Error code E100 after recent update

after or during the insider update my console is stuck on 62% and 100% verifying 2/3 step I tried resetting while keeping apps and games still nothing then after tried complete factory reset still puts me back to 62% and 100% verifying 2/3 step. Error code is E100 xxx.... I also tried the USB update https://www.xbox.com/xboxone/osu1 still no luck, does the same as above explanation anyone know if there is a workaround or rollback or even hoping a hotfix for this. Console: Xbox One Elite

I am having the same exact issue. I tried reformatting the hard drive and it does the same thing. I hope there is somebody out there who can help us.

I sincerely apologize for the trouble but seems like you have performed all the necessary steps, Coldrufis, and in this case, the console needs to be repaired. Hi bubba hope you got yours fix I'm planing to remove my hard drive seeing its a hybrid hard drive of the elite and keep it for a expansion storage for when I get a new console one day a least I can have something of it maybe even donate the rest of it to help the other gamers that needs the parts. I lost my first Xbox "halo mongoose" to ring of the death now my Xbox one to black screen of death
