    I had just downloaded sea of thieves an when I went to start the game it would start I tried to open it almost 20 times before it finally gave me the error code 0x8007139f but when I went to the Xbox error code help it told me the code doesn't even exist

    To help you better, can you provide detail on the redemption code; such as Xbox Live membership, Gift card, game content?

    Well, this sort of worked haha, it changed the error: now its stuck at preparing 0% but doesn't throw the previous error code, and instead stays stuck or gives me code 0x00000001.
