Sorry to hear about that problem with you not being able to sign in.

Short answer, no.

If you were able to login before to Live, your account, subscriptions, games and progress are all saved online via the cloud.

Removing it and redownloading it as previously posted is a great troubleshooting step for most sign in problems on the console.
