Error Code Can not connect to live XBOX360

i tried the router restarting opening of ports etc. i got an fritzbox.

xbox 360 statuscode 446700000080030080072746

is what i get.

I get a connection to the internet but not to xbox live, alltough it asks to download a new system update for live, when i say yes the statuscode occurs when i say no it shows the correct connection for the internet but an X at the line to the xbox live
in the system menu.

Thanks for the update with your issue. As the console is connecting to your network, there is something on the network side blocking it from connecting outside of the network. In this situation we recommend to give your ISP a call. As there may be an outage
or something else wrong.

What is the specific error code when trying to connect to Xbox Live or when testing the network connection?

I recommend starting with basic troubleshooting. Disconnect your router and modem for 5 minutes to cycle the IP. Then

clear the system cache of the storage unit.

1. Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and select
   System Settings.
2. Select Storage.
3. Highlight but don’t select a storage device, and then press Y
   on your controller for Device Options.
4. Note It doesn't matter which storage device you choose. This clears the cache for all storage devices.
   
5. On the Device Options screen, select
   Clear System Cache.
6. When prompted to confirm storage device maintenance, select
   Yes.
7. Restart and unplug the console for 5 minutes and reconnect.

Try that out and also test the network connection and let us know the results.

Thanks again for keeping us updated with your replies. If I'm reading your screenshots correctly, your network hardware is a Fritz!Box, correct?

If this is accurate, then you may also wish to check the settings in the router itself to ensure that you've got Teredo tunneling enabled since this is necessary for a secure connection to Xbox Live for multiplayer gaming and party chat functions.
If not enabled, you may not be able to connect to Xbox Live. Usually you see this with Xbox One but it is also true for the Xbox 360 as well. This is something that has been known to happen with that type of router.
