Error code buying movies

I keep getting the error code 0xc33507d1 when attempting to buy movies. This has never happened before. I've tried countless numbers of times. Please respond with help.

Issue Buying BC Game Directly From XB1: L4D2

So I'm having trouble buying Stick Of Truth from the XB1 store on the console. I know you're supposed to be able to click show price and then go through the steps on buying it directly from the console. However, for some strange reason when I click show price, it brings up an error and tells me something like "you are unable to buy this game from the xbox one at this time. Please buy from the xbox 360 store" then it gives an error code. I've had no issues buying other games directly from the XB1. What's going on with this one?Click to expand...

Quick question, well two really. What was the error code? Did you ask google what the error code meant?

Also, if the xbox is having status issues that can cause stupid error codes to drop. Usually though once you google the code you'll know what the issue is, and if the issue isn't related to the internet, i'd still hit up status page for xbox just to make sure.

Which i'll do before i hit post. Xbox Live Service Status | Xbox Live Service Outage seems everything is normal right now, so hit us up with the error code, i'd try again though.

On my 360 I recieve error codes when buying (game ad-ons, points) or renting (movies) anything. When trying to add a new CCard it won't except it. I can buy points from the store and redeem them, but still can't use them. Zune is alittle different. I can
buy songs, but no points, movies or change CCard.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Are you trying to buy movies on a 360 or an Xbox one? Have you tested your network? If its on xbox one I recommend performing a

power cycle on the xbox.

Aside from that, this error code doesn't seem to be in our error code database. We would appreciate it if you report this issue.

On your console, install the
Xbox Insider Hub app (if you don’t already have it).

Hold down the Xbox button on the controller.

On the power menu, select Report a problem.

Describe the problem in detail, including when it happened, if you saw any specific error codes or messages, and if you were using any specific games, software, hardware, or accessories when you encountered the problem.

We are getting this same error code when attempting to watch a DVD movie. We’ve tried multiple movies and get the same code.

I'm sorry you are feeling inconvenienced however this does not seem to be Microsoft's fault. You have two options when it comes to purchasing movies "Renting" or "Buying". Renting gives you 14 days to start watching the movies and after you start it, 24
hours to finish it. Buying the movie, on the other hand, gives you the opportunity to own the digital movie and watch it whenever you like and add it to your library.

When purchasing, these two options are made clear along with the restrictions.

I did PURCHASE the movies. But have NEVER been able to watch more than once. Movie always stops part way through and gives me an error code

So, take that error code, and send it to Xbox Support. I may be a technical error with the purchase, the network, etc. They will be able to find a remedy I'm
sure.

I am in Brazil and I am having the same problem, I can not buy or rent movies and TV shows on Xbox one. I did this in Windows 10 and it worked okay, but I want to watch the movies by xbox, because of the larger TV.

When I try to buy a movie, the error 0x80004003 is showed. And if I try to get into my library to see movies purchased/leased by the computer's browser, the same error appears. That is, the error is both to buy and to watch.

If anyone can help, I'm grateful.
