Error code and "Cant download game"

Okay so i just bought call of duty black ops 2, for some reason it says it "cant download" I have over 300GB avaliable and have searched everywhere but cant find out why, i also get this error code when going into account managment that says "Status code:
8C150009" I tried the xboxs error code search there was nothing there aswell as i cant find anything on youtube, please help!

to add to cant download i went to spatacus legends and i cat download i got the error code and checked what it said but all it told me was the code was said that it cant download games can i get more info

 

Cannot redeem codes

Anyone else havin a problem. Its accepting the code and displaying what its for but when i click to download i'm gettin an error message everytime with no specific error codes. ***!

 

When you visit the marketplace page, do you see it there as purchased and available to download. Please note that 360 games can only be downloaded if your account is in the same region that the game was purchased in.

 

This is xbox 360, right? If so, this may be a problem with your gold membership not working properly.

Ehm when I visit market place, it just says call of duty black ops 2, no purchased and available to download, can I change my region and it will work?? But how do I know what region for change it too if that works?

But now im so confused, i buy something of the market place that i then can not even play? How can i play the game i bought?

 

I really need more of your help, thanks for replying back to me but i changed my locale to spain, where i live here and the game details said spain too, however it still does not work!!

 

And also should i delete just the profile or profile and items?

 

Just profile. Else you'll have to download your games again.

 

It did not work and now ive done all 3 options for the customer suppor there is, what shall i do?

If it is only black ops 2 you are not able to access i would recommend seeing if you are able to get a refund for the purchase. That game is riddles with cheaters anyway so you are definitely not missing out on much and that is coming from a die hard fan
of black ops 2.
