    Please help with the following. When I entered a 25-digit code for a 3 months gold membership it said that "Your Xbox live billing account has been locked from making purchases" and the Status Code is 801513021. Thanks

    Cannot redeem codes

    Anyone else havin a problem. Its accepting the code and displaying what its for but when i click to download i'm gettin an error message everytime with no specific error codes. ***!

    are you getting an error code with this? it could either be a locked out account or a billing problem.

    Hi looked up that error code and received this. I tried to enter the error code into xbox support and kept getting that page so it must be the same error code.
