    I cannot log into my roblox account on my xbox, error 914 appears.

    My account has a parent but the account is unrestricted, i would just create a new account BUT i have purchased many things on this account,therefore i dont want to lose it. i cant reconnect my roblox account to my xbox one. Both account have the same birthdays
    so i dont find that helpful either. Please help me with this as i just bought currency and i want to use it with roblox.

    hassle and I highly understand the frustration with all of this. I would like
    to clarify, is it the first time linking the account to Roblox or has there been a previous account linked? Also, have you attempted to
    un-install the gameand
    re-installit after you updated the account information? If not
    I suggest to attempt to uninstall the game and re-install. Once its installed try to link his Roblox account.
