    My brothers have several Roblox accounts. All accounts can sign in on Xbox One, except one. All can sign in on our mobile devices, even the one that gets the error code on xbox one. There's no "banned" message, as he can play on mobile, just not xbox One.
    Any suggestions on how to fix this?
