    Does anyone know how to solve error code 8c150009. When purchasing new gold membership it came up with this error and doesn't allow me to play online even though I've purchased the membership. Can anyone help ?

    I'm not sure when you were having issues, but
    there was an issue with purchasing earlier t    hat might have caused the issue you were seeing. Are you trying to purchase on the console or on the website?

    You can check if the purchase was successful and service is listed as active at account.microsoft.com under Payments & Billing for your Order History and under Subscriptions to see if Xbox Live is active.

    Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
    the console.
