    Hi,

    My xbox 360 is not recognising my subscription. It is also not letting me play online. I have deleted and reinstalled my profile but that did not fix the problem.

    Hello!

    Please contact the Xbox support, for them to check your Gold service.

    They should be able to troubleshoot the active gold of your account for the fix.

    Thanks for reaching out to us on the forums. We understand you are getting an error when accessing subscription. We recommend the

    guide for error 8C150009    . Try a power cycle of the console also. Hold the power button on the console itself until it shuts off. Wait 20 seconds and turn it back on.
