    I have been unable to access MS Live because my Xbox Series S (digital) has the message 'update pending' when I access the Updates section in Settings. This seems to happen every month or so and is messing up my experience. I decided to troubleshoot my Xbox and perform a re-install of the System software and followed precisely the instructions for re-setting the Xbox (keeping games etc) but when it starts, instead of a home page, the Xbox defaults to 'looking for updates', resulting in the error code above. For as long as the update server is inaccessible I'm going to be without an Xbox.

    I have checked & re-checked my router and restarted it several times to ensure network continuity but this has not changed the situation.

    Hi Mac,

    Thanks for responding to us. It would be best to report this at the Microsoft Solitaire Page. I know they responding and update their page. When looking at the Microsoft
    Solitaire Collection     page on the Microsoft Casual Games site I did see that others were having the same issue.

    Attempt to sign in as a Guest. Does it give the same error code when signing in that way?

    I'm bumping this as it has just happened to me as of this date, so clearly it is an ongoing problem. If this issue has been resolved to some people I'd appreciate the fix, or if XBL Support can actually respond to these posts that would be great. Strangely
    this error code does not show in the XBL list of error codes so there is no official recognition to XBL!

    Ps. I haven't touched any network settings, I don't know what a DNS is and frankly shouldn't have to. With E3 just around the corner I would think it prudent and professional for XBL Support to jump on this proto.

    System has been cleared information updated I've got of the phone with Xbox support for the 3rd time and have had my case eventually escalated in an attempt to get this issue resolved . I was told that this error code is one they had not come across alot
    and even found it hard to find however readin through other forums it would appear to be a ongoing issues to multiple users

    No error messages at all other than the reading in Steam controller window showing 32767 which = full activation as already stated.
