    I have found a solution to our problem! if you have access to a PC, download the insider hub app, and from there remove your Xbox from the program. after that a hard reset and your good!

    This happens when the Xbox servers are being serviced. Try again later.

    That is not a solution since the status website is showing all green https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status

    Am I the only one that has this problem?

    And why a system update should prevent me to play?
