Discus and support Error code 8b01007 in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Hi I have experienced the error code 8b01007 and Xbox services say they are still up but I get get on them.     Cannot redeem codes

    Anyone else havin a problem. Its accepting the code and displaying what its for but when i click to download i'm gettin an error message everytime with no specific error codes. ***!

    I'm not in Europe i'm in south Texas Microsoft fix this stuff I cant do download anything the xbox says i'm connected to live in network settings but i got big black screens that say i'm not connected to live.

    Got the same thing. Tried resetting a couple of times and the same message pops up right on the Dashboard. US California

    Error code 8b01007

    It's an issue with the 360 dashboard. Not sure about the Xbox One, but once you get away from the dashboard and into a game it should allow you full access to Xbox Live features again.
