    hi there I need some help I upgraded from a 500gb to a 1tb xbox one and all I get is Error Code (8083201d) we were unable to sync data with the cloud just now does any one know how to fix called Microsoft and they don't no what to do ive tried all the troubleshooting
    steps on the internet but it still don't work

    I have the same issue I deleted my profile started again did a hard reboot cleaned my blue ray cache just keep trying to sync games two of mine have synced this only happened after a update

    multiple games, xbox one is hard wired xbox 360 is over the wireless, the error code is 8083201d and my internet provider is with sky, I have restored to factory settings, I live in the UK

    Had this problem myself for the last 4 days.

    Xbox support unable to sort it out over the phone, just told me to hard reset, router reset, profile sign out.

    Had already done all this before ringing them, pretty useless really.

    They said they weren't aware of the issue! It's all over forums error code 8083201d
