Error code 807b01f6

My Xbox 360 worked fine earlier and now I try to log in and am getting error 807b01f6 some Xbox live content is unavailable. I tried looking for a solution and all I could find was to check my connection and status of Xbox live. Both of which say all is
working. Almost all of my games are digital versions so I am left with nothing to play and no way to fix it. Already tried deleting my cache and profile and then redownloading it. Still not working.

Okay great! So here are the troubleshooting steps that we can do on the console, please do take note of them:

Delete the system cache 3 times, deleting/clearing the system cache 3 times

1.Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and select System Settings.

2.Select Storage.

3.Highlight storage device (Hard Drive),and then press "Y" on your controller.

4.Select Clear System Cache.

5.When prompted to confirm storage device maintenance, select

Once that process is done, you will need to restart your console and delete and re-download your profile. Here's how:

Delete profile:

1.Go to Settings, and then select System.

2.Select Storage.

3.Select Harddrive or All Devices.

4.Select Gamer Profiles.

5.Select the gamertag that you want to delete.

6.Select Delete.

7.Make sure to select "Delete Profile Only" (This deletes the profile but leaves saved games and achievements).

Download profile

1.Press the Xbox Guide button on your controller (large X button in the center of your controller).

2.Select Download Profile.

3.Enter the Microsoft account associated with your Xbox Live gamertag.

4.Now, enter your Microsoft account password.

5.Select the storage device for your profile (for example, Hard Drive).

6.Then, your profile will begin downloading.
