    So my Xbox live has expired and i wanted to buy a 1 month membership then i got he error code "80190864" i tried over 10 time i waited a day and tried again and it never works. so then i went online and tried to purchase it and it does not let me pay with
    my Microsoft points. i also tried to delete a payment option but still does not work

    Gold can only be purchased via credit card/Paypal or by purchasing a prepaid card in a store.

    The points system ended last August and it is now a currency system. It is not possible to use the currency in your account to purchase a gold subscription.
